Refund and Return Policy - KOMYO WELLNESS
We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our skincare products, we have a strict return policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or broken, we will send you a replacement product at no extra charge.
To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following:

Photos of the damaged or broken product

Your order number
You can contact us at help@komyo.in with the subject line "Damaged Product Return." Once your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product and instructions on how to return the damaged item (if required).
No Refunds or Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We also do not allow exchanges for any reason, including changing your mind or choosing a different product. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions to the Policy

Refund Process
As stated, we do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective. If a refund is applicable (i.e., if the product is broken or damaged and cannot be replaced), you will be notified, and we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
